Ahead of the Amarnath Yatra 2022, IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar on Wednesday said that the Jammu and Kashmir police will provide three tier security to ensure incident free pilgrimage.The IGP Kashmir said drone surveillance, CCTV camera, and RFID tags will be part of the three tier security provided during the Amarnath pilgrimage. We are making security arrangements for Amarnath Yatra for the last one month and have held many meetings. We will provide three tier security. Drone surveillance, CCTV camera, and RFID will be kept and we will ensure incident free Yatra, ANI quoted Kumar as saying.Earlier on Tuesday, Deputy Inspector General of Police North Kashmir Range NKR Baramulla Udayabhaskar Billa, along with SSP Bandipora Mohammad Zahid visited Transit Camp Shadipora Sumbal and took stock of security arrangements there.
